This company is clearly incompetent at planning in an installation. I have been waiting over a month for a boiler to be installed and each time I get a date it is cancelled either on the day (day of work booked off) or the night before. Don't take on Eon's contract jobs unless you can actually help. Would avoid both Eon and Boiler Plan as I feel I have been pushed to the back off the queue every time.

Ok it starts with our hot water tank failing, and loosing both hot water and heating 4 weeks ago

Got a quote from Boiler plan on the 19th of November with a promise of work to be carried out verbally by the agent Mohammed Ishfaq that as this was an Emergency we would get a priority install of new equipment the next week
21st November
Contacted Boiler plan as date of install had not been confirmed, told booking docs had not been processed by Mohammed
Got activity finally by about 5pm to be told the earliest install was Monday 30th November

At first this company give me a fair quote £2291. Sent them photos like they said. Then I get a phone call saying they need scaffolding???? And the price of that scaffolding was going to be £700 to install the flue. I live in a normal two story house. Then they added more money on for extra work grand total of with interest £4053. Now I have gone with a different company for literally half the price for the exact same boiler how do you work that one out??? Apparently this company is well known for adding extras on at the end and I wonder how many people fall for it?

Not at all happy if I could give it a zero i would. New boiler 4/1/21 leaking 5//1/21 and still leaking and now the 12/1/21 phoned 6 times to be told manager will be in contact shortly and still waiting to hear from them mmm I wonder why I'm not happy 😡😡
Much happier now even though it took them 10 days to do a 2minute job every thing is now going smoothly (fingers crossed)

Contacted Boiler Plan. Got a very efficient and fast reply. Had John Bradbury quote me on what boiler I was after. Was a very quick and easy process as it was all explained very well. Then had Josh Miller come to install our new boiler he explained everything that he was going to be doing, which put us at ease he showed us how to use the thermostat, and gave us a little more information on the boiler. Great service, friendly contractors would reccomend them both. Easy to get along with and talk to if you have any questions or queries, they are your guys !

We have recently had a new boiler fitted. A representative visited us at home to discuss our needs. She assured us that the boiler installation would definitely be able to be fitted in the same week as at this point we had no working boiler therefore no heating or hot water. This promise was a big factor in choosing the company to fit the boiler. Having placed the order and paying half the cost I asked on what day the boiler would be fitted and was told to expect a phone call. When we got the call the fitting date was in the following week even though we had been told we were a priority. My husband

Excellent company, always polite and helpful. Arrangements made for the work to be done and all went to plan. Keep you informed throughout. Fitter was always polite, used protection on carpets, always cleaned up after a job. Pipework neat and tidy and boiler set up. He explained how to use the wireless controls and gave us all the information we needed. Payment was easy. Very happy with the whole experience.
