I had large slatted faux wooden venetian blinds fitted today and they have totally transformed the rooms. The pricing was very fair and the quality of the blinds are excellent.
The 3 people I dealt with from the team were all professional, friendly, efficient and very experienced. They are all very knowledgeable and provided good advice throughout. I had a very tight timescale and they have totally surpassed my expectations in terms of this from measuring to fitting. I have no hesitation of recommending this company. Obviously they all fully adhered to the current circumstances and fully complied

I called Knight Shades yesterday to enquire about a repair to a blind purchased by the care organisation I work for a couple of years ago. Blind is still great but the sidewinder got broken recently. Online searches for parts gave estimated costs of up to £35 (inc postage) from other suppliers. Knight Shades could not have been more helpful! They asked me to drop in with the blind to see what they could do and within 5 minutes had the broken part replaced. Not only that they declined to charge for the repair! This was such a lovely gesture, very kind indeed. So I just wanted to post something
