A fantastic job, no stone left unturned and the windows and frames are gleaming. Buckets of moss removed from my gutters and he even fixed a broken down pipe for me. Left the ground around the house clean and tidy afterwards too - no debris left behind. Would happily recommend him to anyone.”

Wanted carpets cleaned, house clean and windows. Firm quoted in writing via messages. After contacting to confirm all ok it was discovered there was a misunderstanding re what we wanted. But that aside they also decided that the quote for house clean at 5-8 hours @ £13 ph was not enough. We tried to agree a fixed price but they then tried to suggest we do some of the work ourselves to save us money because they had underquoted their fees! I will never use them again. So very disappointed by the whole experience. I told them I will no longer use them and then they offered a fixed price but still

I used to have a good experience with this company. Today however was different. Waiting in as someone should be with me between 9/10. 11am a guy arrives to clean my Windows, the to tell me that it's not my usual price £15. It's now gone up £5 because apparently they make a special journey to wincanton so I have to pay extra. If I had known in advance this wouldn't have been a problem. But I think bad communication this time round. Not happy and won't use again if this is the kind of service.
