All our doors are made with sustainable timber from responsibly managed forests. We manufacture our solid timber doors to a minimum thickness of 54mm with our engineered timber doors being 60-63mm thick. This allows us to use double glazed units up to 28mm thick incorporating a 20mm gas filled cavity.
All our windows are made with timber from responsibly managed sustainable forests. We manufacture our solid timber window sashes to a minimum thickness of 44mm with our engineered timber windows being 60-63mm thick. All our window systems use Schlegel Aquamac draft seals to ensure an air tight seal around all perimeters and joints.

Brio Weatherfold 4s hardware is made from 316 marine grade Stainless Steel with ball bearings to match and guaranteed for 10 years even in coastal locations. We use top hung systems to ensure a super smooth action that lasts for the lifetime of the system thanks to the nylon rollers that are protected from weathering and debris.
