We offer a full or part architectural service that gives you the flexibility to choose the right services you need for your project, keeping you in control from start to finish. Every project has its own complexities, with some proving to be easier than others. Therefore you may not require all the following stages of work that we offer.
If you would like to build an extension, in an ideal world you would tell a builder what you have in mind and let him build it. However, only an architectural design team will be able to creatively interpret your ideas and manage your project professionally to provide you with value for money, peace of mind and most importantly, an exceptional end result.
The majority of people who have never had a home extension or built a house will probably not have dealt with an design team, nor be aware of the process or role that an architectural design team will take on. The process will normally begin with a site visit to dicuss brief design options followed by a written quotation.
