Craig and Colin attended today as arranged; they were punctual, friendly and efficient. They serviced our boiler and gas fire as well as checking the magnetic inhibitor in the airing cupboard. We were impressed by their efficient service and accordingly wil now use this firm for an annual service.

I use Colin and his team every year for my gas safety inspection. I have also had a few other things done by them and I have always had super efficient service. Collin and his team carried out a full new heating system installation at a period house I am restoring. From the outset, the business is incredibly well set up to keep you updated on appointments via email and text. As soon as I met Collin I knew he was the man for the job. From the detailed conversation of works required to the installation, nothing has been an issue and the work is being carried out to a great standard. He is incredibly knowledgeable about the right system and products for the job to suit both the function and design aesthetics. I would 100% recommend.

The team came to fit a complete new system for us at Koala North West when we decided to change from electric storage heaters to gas heating. From start to finish they were friendly, professional and accommodated all our requests when we needed to use certain rooms and offices in the building and moved radiators when we changed our mind about where they should go. The quality of work is excellent and we now have a toasty warm office. I'm so impressed that they're installing a new boiler in my house next week!!
