Avoid like the plague very dissatisfied with this company couldn't be bothered to turn up after it was rearranged for yesterday no customer service phoned over 40 odd times also left voicemails for him not even a response or a sorry worst company going. All I can say is useless and no communication after reading the reviews and doing research on it I was happy with everything that was said but the reviews are deceiving and should not be taken lightly as it’s all LIES and please be careful while considering using this company try and find a alternative company AVIOD AVOID AVOID

Horrendous customer service. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!
After reading all the positive reviews I was filled with confidence. But, please be warned.
Ed was supposed to cut a new key for my van. Arranged a time and date. Never showed tried calling him but straight to answer phond. Called later that afternoon and explained that he has had an issue with his van and that's why he didn't show. Arranged to come the following morning. Guess what. No show and not answering his phone! Called County Auto Keys and they managed to sort it the same day.

Bad day to lose my keys when I was walking the dog and Ed came out and was addiment I would sit in his van to keep dry and he also put my dog in the back with a blanket to keep him warm. He cut me a key and I was soon oun my way, he is a honest gentleman who said he had a christmas offer on and charged me a lot less but for his hospitality and manners I gladly would have paid the full price thank you so much Ed!
