Went to the workshop today regarding the remotes that had been supplied with the new door closing system which was installed in 2014 has been excellent and cost £400.
However one of the 2 door closing remotes fell apart only 6 to 9 months after and the other remote followed soon after and we have had it cellotaped up and just carried on.
But I thought we must get round to getting new remotes as the one we are left with won’t last much longer.
When explained this to the assembled group, it was met with an attitude of what do you expect And then a delighted glee that they will cost you.

These guys really heled me out. I tried to contact Cordula who originally fitted my electric garage when it developed a problem but had no joy. They seem to have disappeared off the planet. The reception staff at SE Garage Doors were very helpful and promply arranged for Alex to come and fix the problem. Which he has and at a reasonable cost. I shall be keeping their number handy for future problems.
