Complete lack of care a joke of a company there reply was the manufacturer said that the warranty was invalid that's completely wrong as I have it on video that they never contacted the manufacturer they then proceeded to try sell me a new strimmer head because my three month old one was supposedly broken I brought it home and fixed the issue in five minutes lack of respect if you look at all there replies it seems they don't accept responsibility for anything
