Fitted some shutters to my shop, they were initial very pleasant, but the work was substandard, the shutters started jamming badly and when I asked them to sort it out they said that the guarantee was only 6 months, (I had them fitted late Decmeber and the problems started early September), they said that that is what their supplier gave them but wouldn't give me the suppliers details and on their website it says that they manufacture their own. Regardless I'm left with very fault shutters I paid £3200 for. These are expensive items to install, I really hope you don't have to have the experience
