Services
The Fairweather's team is a friendly group with a shared vision of delivering a great service to our customers. Fairweather's Garden Centre was established in 1961 by the late Christopher Fairweather and his wife Aline. Patrick Fairweather, the eldest son, caught the horticultural bug from his parents and naturally took over running Fairweather's, where eventually his wife Steff came on-board to manage the cafe, Steff's Kitchen.
Using passion and expertise we have created a unique Plant and Garden Centre in the heart of Beaulieu, a peaceful, picturesque village in the New Forest National Park, Hampshire. Our historic buildings offer a fascinating and relaxed atmosphere for garden shopping whilst our well informed and considerate team provide both inspiration and advice.
At Fairweather's we pride ourselves on supporting local businesses, charities and schools in our community. We work with Beaulieu School in helping to educate their primary school children on growing fresh fruit and vegetables, on looking after our wildlife and to be sustainable. The feedback from the children is wonderful.
We want to supply the freshest produce in our cafe, that's why most of our vegetables come from Patrick's Patch, our productive garden that is located opposite our Garden Centre. Why not take a look around and see what is growing? We try and source as locally as possible, our coffee comes from Coffee Mongers in Lymington.
We are a friendly bunch at Fairweather's and are all passionate about providing good service to our customers. Below are the current vacancies that we have available, take a look and see if we have a position suitable for you! Please make sure you email your up-to-date CV along with a covering letter to the person stated in job description.

Very disappointing experience at the cafe at the garden centre. Arriving at 3:30pm for afternoon tea: After some waiting around, we were asked to find a table and somebody would serve us. We found a nice table and waited and waited. After waving to get staff attention, we were told someone would be with us. A few minutes later, we were provided with menus displaying a whole range of food and drink. We chose the afternoon tea and duly ordered only to be told it isn’t available as the kitchen closes at 3:30pm. Surprised we were given menus having arrived at 3:30 and astonished that afternoon tea
