We request that all our customers continue to wear face masks in our garden centre & within our tearoom when entering & moving around. My parents have been regular visitors and yesterday was mum's first trip out since lockdown.

Situated in the heart of Bashley village in the beautiful New Forest Park we are proud to be an independent Garden Centre that strives hard to be more than run of the mill! Plants are firmly at the heart of our ethos as such we source quality plants from a range of growers and year on year are increasing our quota from local suppliers.
There has been a Garden Centre on this site for more then 30 years. In 2001, Chris and Jayne Warman were given the opportunity by the Redcliffe family to create the "Potting Shed" Tearoom. It began with a small menu of tea, cakes and sandwiches and although the original "Dorset apple cake and clotted cream" offer is still enjoyed has now an established menu for breakfasts, lunches and daily specials good quality at reasonable prices.
