Dishwasher repair, I hope my experience will help prospective customers to make an informed decision:

Incompetent engineer
On closer inspection, I noted the following:
The back foot had been snapped off, the dishwasher was left resting against the wall for support.
The panel cover is missing exposing the motor/electrics, etc;
The dishwasher is sitting unevenly, lower, and further back than before.
The water/waste hose connectors were put back very loosely causing a leak.
The above was reported within hours of the engineer leaving, 3 weeks later the issues

Kent Appliance world also trades as Kent appliances. appointed these by Domestic and General to repair my cooker, failed to turn up on numerous occasions, eventually tried condemning as they apparently get paid even if they don't repair, don't answer telephone, absolutely appalling repairer, having advised domestic and General they told me that i had to use this repairer, eventually cancelled policy and called out another highly recommended repair company, cooker all fixed and working ok on first visit, this engineer said they were aware of Kent Appliances poor reputation but beleived
