Our showroom holds over 500 products, and we offer a free delivery and installation service for many kitchen appliances purchased.

All of our products are guaranteed for a minimum of 12 months and 6 months on reconditioned appliances and repairs, to ensure you get the most out of your experience when using Abbey Domestic. It is our mission to provide an excellent service to each of our customers, and have done so for over 30 years.
We understand the annoyance of appliance break downs, especially if you're only in need of a particular part. Luckily, here at Abbey Domestic, we carry in stock a large range of spares for most makes and models of all domestic appliances. If on the rare occasion we don't have the part your after, we are able to order in almost anything we do not carry.

Paid £40 for an engineer to come out, advised me I needed a new module for the dishwasher 3-4 week wait approx and £140 to do. My other half returned from working away that day early and decided to do himself as good with things like that and when he opened it up a wire had come loose and just needed pushing back in. I waited 2 wks before I called the shop to ensure that had bn the only problem and dishwasher was working OK just to be sure. I explained to man on the phone what had happened and he took details of my visit. I would have been happy with paying £40 if it was just the wire as long

I rung abbey domestic yesterday morning in need of a fridge freezer urgently. I wasn’t able to get into the shop but the man was happy to send me photos of what he had available. He was incredibly helpful and patient. Within an hour and a half our fridge freezer was delivered and the old one taken away. Again the delivery guys were incredibly polite and helpful. Highly recommended. Fantastic service all round.

We have used Abbey Domestic a few times now. They have always been prompt in attending and quick to get the repairs completed when a revisit has been required due to the ordering of parts.
We had our dishwasher repaired yesterday - After the technician had left, it was still flashing up "check water". This was due to a small amount of water in the base. The guy was back with me within an hour to drain the excess water and the dishwasher is now working again!
