Just like to say that we received excellent and prompt service for a Fridge Freezer that we ordered for my parents, you was able to find the model required and deliver and install within a week at a price that beat the competition.Delivery and installation was done at the time specified and as it was an integrated unit all fixture and fittings were replaced exactly as required.
We would not hesitate to use you again for any future electrical purchases. Thank you for amazing service today - popped in around 1pm, chose a tumble dryer and had it delivered by 3.30pm and old one removed - much needed after a 2 week holiday. Have purchased all my white goods from here, my latest a small outside chest freezer. Very helpful company, ordered Tues, delivered Fri. And if you need it installed, they do it free of charge. Also take your old appliance, away. Although now, charge £10, for fridges and freezers. Which I'm willing to pay. I like to support local businesses, and fully recommend these guys.

What fantastic service. All about shopping local, had a look through the big boys and no one had a dryer that I wanted. I found these more by luck than judgement and how glad am I. I spoke to Steve yesterday and ordered a dryer. 24 hours later it's in fitted and the old one taken away. Could recommend them high enough.

Steve at Rayleigh domestics saved the day! After a horrendous cockup with Curry’s and a angry tenant I called Steve for help in sourcing a new washing machine - we sorted something out within 5 minutes. He delivered, installed and took away the old 72 hours later. Amazing service and I will never use a large company again. Who local where you can. 5 star service

I highly recommend this business. Service like this is fantastic. I had a leaking washing machine over the weekend, and I was able to get informed advice and exactly my requirement specifications for a new one in one phone call on the Monday morning. Steve, the owner of RDA fitted me in the same day to drive over to deliver, remove my old machine, install the new one, show me the basics, and take away and dispose of the old machine, all at no extra cost to the machine price. Brilliant trustworthy reliable service. I would always turn to RDA first over the big name companies - they run on good old
