Super impressed with the efficiencies that Keith and his team showed our business during what was a very stressful period as the original company that had fitted these doors were poor in attendance and didn't even offer a price to fix it to which I thought they were doing it deliberately just to put my business in a position where he could command a higher figure knowing how desperate we were...... within 1 hour, Keith deployed his lads and soon fixed the issue short term with the long term solution only a matter of 10 days away as we had to order a completely new door due to a very poor, substandard

Shocking service! I made an appointment for them to visit and measure up, which they did. I agreed their price and placed an order. I was told 3 week to manufacture and fit... having heard absolutely nothing from them 5 weeks later, I rang to chase and he half heatedly quoted another week. Needless to say I cancelled my order and will look else where. If that is what their pre-sales service is like I'm not willing to risk their after sales service.
