The advantages of a combi boiler is it only makes hot water when you need it and that it takes care of both heating and hot water with no external controls. Quite simply its easier to maintain as there is a lot less to go wrong. Every thing is contained with in the boiler itself, so if you get a get a new combi with a 10 year warranty for example you know you won't be paying for any breakdowns on your heating for 10 years.

Swimming pool water is treated with chemicals to keep it clean, so when that water goes through the boiler it will take an effect on the boiler over time i.e corrosion. Its very common to see heat exchangers on this type of boiler corroded through.

I have an Air Source Heat Pump that wasn't working to its full potential and the installers couldn't fix the problem.
So after a year of problems I finally called Boilers 4Essex to see if they could help.
An Engineer called Dan turned up on time and went straight to work. He spotted a few issues with the instal, and within a hour we had perfect heating throughout the house (even in areas where I didn't know that we had underfloor heating).
I will always use Boilers 4 Essex for my servicing and any problems.

A rare treat these day! Boilers 4 Essex (although mine was in Kent) did everything that was agreed, on the day that was agreed, at the price that was agreed. More than that the customer service has been excellent with courtesy calls before the installation and follow ups afterwards. I would definitely use them again. A genuine Five Star experience.

I had a Valliant boiler installed by Boilers4Essex. It’s still very regrettable now despite having tried to make the best out of a bad situation. I really wished I had stuck to British Gas. Initially when James visited me I was filled with such confidence from his salesman pitch. Once they got the business it went downhill from there. They blamed me for everything that went wrong despite being the experts. No proper survey, planning or communication. The inexperienced junior sent to do the job didn’t install in a discreet manner as promised by James initially. Also the new boiler didn’t work

Outstanding service! Used Boilers 4 Essex to install an air source heating system at my property. From booking a site visit to the final installation the process has been very efficient and pain free. The conversion from gas to air source at my property was technically very difficult and a thorough, planned, expert approach was needed. Boilers 4 Essex excelled at all stages. Very pleased with everything: first a very competent man (Paul) came to check how everything works, explained to me the technical challenges of my old setup and formulated proposals for the new boiler. The quote was given on the day and was very reasonable, with the level of professionalism and detail vastly exceeding the other two companies I had asked. On installation day, another man (Danny) came and he was efficient throughout. Could not be happier. Highly recommend the company.
