Needed an illegal heater installation to be replaced. Jon came to view/quote the job free of charge. Good communication up to the day of the job and he arrived on time. Lots of issues came up during the work but he was extremely professional throughout and did a great job. Had to completely redo the wall fitting for the tank, move the pipes and electrical and route a pipe through the kitchen units. He was considerate of the aesthetics and the finished installation is neat and tidy. Couldn't ask for better really. And even with the extra surprises he didn't change the quote. Professional job well

AVOID this clown at all costs. Left in lurch for days with broken boiler after Ariston said this was the nearest approved engineer - he couldn't even get his act together to come round - got the job done by my usual fitter, Ariston should be ashamed recommending jokers like this.

Whilst looking for the Easy Heat phone number I noticed some of the negative reviews and thought I'd share my experience. I've had two issues with our Ariston boiler since acquiring the property one year ago. To solve the first issue Easy Heat visited the property on the same day, diagnosed and sorted the problem. Wasn't the cheapest fix in the world but when is it ever? Our most recent issue arose last week when the boiler shut down with warning lights. I called Easy Heat and instead of insisting a home visit he talked me through a procedure on the phone to get it back up and running to avoid

Office staff appear unknowledgable regarding the correct paper work required after their installation.
I have no documents to prove that my replacement hot water cylinder was install by an authorised engineer. Not even a phone call to say they have completed the work.
I would not use them again.

Have used Easy Heat for 10+ years now and cannot fault them. I was on a British Gas maintenance plan when my boiler went wrong. They came out and pulled the usual, "Sorry mate it's sludge (even though the system was only 2 years old), it's not covered". Told British Gas where to go and found Easy Heat through Ariston. They came out and it was a £10 part ! I have been on a maintenance plan with them since then. Ariston recommended !!!!! . The company gave me a firm labour price over the phone to fit a circuit board, which they adhered to. However when it came to the part required it was an entirely different matter. Attempted to load the retail price by 40%...the usual " there are so many different parts " line of patter. The engineer couldn't check with his office and then said he would discount part by 20% as goodwill gesture.
I paid cash with understanding I would expect the matter rectified by the company.
In reality I have encountered rudeness and an outright refusal to amend.
