Had a broken key in the lock of a very old uPVC door. Fortress took the time to diagnose the issue to try and rectify it for the cheapest possible cost. When that wasn’t possible (we suspected this would be the case, a replacement door was on our Xmas list) Fortress ordered the parts and collected from a supplier 30 mins away, fitted them, improved the insulation around the door, included a more secure cylinder and threw in the handles for free. Not often nowadays you get a company that is friendly, pleasant and offers a great service. My lock was damaged and Steve fixed it quickly, no fuss. Definitely recommend Fortress Locksmiths.

Really great service. Came out very promptly on a Saturday morning to deal with our broken door. Price and timing for replacement parts was well communicated and cost was very reasonable. Would thoroughly recommend Steve and Kirsty who were lovely to deal with as well.

I called Fortress locksmiths yesterday. Polite and professional, they reassured me and told me would be with me 1pm tomorrow. If that was ok. Great service provided by Kirstie and Steve who came out to change our locks at short notice. They were extremely friendly and advised that only the door handle needed changing instead of the whole mechanism which saved me loads of Money. They came back the next day with the parts they had ordered and fitted a new handle and lock, they worked quickly and didn't leave any mess. Would definitely use Fortress Locksmiths again if needed.
