Arrived on time and shortly after I called him. Cleaned up after himself. Couldn't finish the job at the time as needed a special part and bank holiday meant he couldn't get supply but left us safe and returned ASAP to complete the work. Can communicate via text if easier. Can pay via PayPal. Invoice clear and reasonable.

Our patio door locking mechanism failed leaving the doors locked closed and unopenable. Called Epic who attended without delay and quickly diagnosed the problem. Replacement parts were on the van so repair completed an hour after calling. Fantastic service - couldn't fault it. Thanks guys.
