The service was great from start to finish. Our project got delayed due to lockdown and I changed the specification changed multiple times but despite this the level of service never waivered right through to the tidying up carried out by the window fitter. Great service, great value, great selection of quality products - would highly recommend.

Thames Windows & Doors installed new uPVC windows and French doors for me and I was really impressed throughout the process. The initial consultation was extremely helpful, advising on the various options available to me and being extremely knowledgeable and patient with my questions. The survey and ordering stage was quick and efficient, and they made the process very efficient by liaising with my builders to ensure all was prepared for seamless installation and quality finish.

Thames Windows & Doors were so great from the start they really helped advise us of the best and most cost effective solution for what we wanted to achieve.
They were quick to respond with design changes and liaised with our builders to ensure install was smooth and efficient and were also really flexible with timing changes!
All in all I would definitely use Thames Windows again, we're so happy with the finished result & the quality is amazing!

I’m writing this 3 months after the installation of 4 windows by Thames Windows so this absolutely isn’t a review composed in the heat of the moment after a poor experience.
Let me start by saying that the windows themselves are excellent, as was the engagement from Ben during the design phase and Holly throughout. We chose white woodgrain uPVC flush casements to replace our old single glazed wood windows and apart from some condensation build-up they’ve been functioning very well.
Unfortunately that’s where the good experience ends. We were originally told it would be 2-3 days worth

Such great service from beginning to end. We had our sash windows replaced to the front of our property and had been concerned changing from wood to uPVC. The team were patient whilst we made our decisions and kept us fully informed throughout, from initial survey & quote to the final installation phase.
