Update after 2 years: Still one of the best companies I've used, I've had many positive experiences with AOS and highly recommend! After having a few problems with our system, they were extremely easy to contact, diagnosed the problem and fixed for us. AOS is an Excellent company, with great after-sales support. My thanks in particular to Josie in the services dept and to Jack for fixing the problem.

We had a new heat pump fitted to replace an oil fired system. We are very, very happy with the efficient service that we have received from AOS. In particular, the three young men who were with us for a few days fitting the new system couldn't have been more efficient, tidier, more helpful or more polite - they were fantastic, a real credit to themselves & AOS!

We use AOS for absolutely all of our heating/plumbing needs. We are currently renovating our house, and due to us having to move various radiators, and needing to box in certain pipes, we have found that we sometimes need a heating engineer to make slight adjustments for us, so that the plasterer can do what he needs to do when skimming over boxing etc. We have also had various accidents where we bent our own pipes, or a tradesman went and drilled into a pipe by mistake. The answer? AOS every time. Even when they really can't fit us in, I somehow manage to wangle myself a last minute slot. Honestly

We were introduced to AOS Energy Efficient Heating Systems Limited by a previous satisfied customer of theirs. We needed to replace an oil-fired CH boiler which was over 40 years old and the idea of going fully electric was very attractive, especially with the Government's green incentives and the fact that with a heat pump you get out more than you put in.

AOS have recently installed an air source heat pump in my home, at the same time replacing the radiators and the hot water cylinder. The installation team arrived on the date specified and completed the job within 5 days. They were polite, professional and helpful, explaining everything and going out of their way to minimise the inevitable disruption. I was particularly impressed by how they managed to fit all the pipe work into one area to give me as much cupboard space as possible. I have also found the sales and service departments to be extremely helpful and responsive. I would have no hesitation

AOS Mitsubishi air source heat pump sale/installation review. Our friends recommended AOS, they were very happy with the installation, product & performance. The sales team took time to explain the operation, costs, options & installation process, they answered all of our questions.
