I cannot speak highly enough of Appliance City.
I placed an order for a Falcon range cooker and it was delivered in 5 days and saved our Christmas! (I initially purchased one through a competitor, PRC direct in May and was let down on multiple occasions - originally due in October, then November, then December, then maybe January but nobody really knew). How Appliance City got us this beautiful Range Cooker in a few days, well, I'll never know but thank you.

I ordered a new fridge freezer from Appliance City and their pricing was competitive against other online retailers. They also had the quickest delivery time - unfortunately I had missed the original delivery (my fault) however they quickly rearranged the delivery for later the same week with no extra charge. Fantastic service and if I need appliances in the future I'll be ordering from them!

Great value range cooker. Even cheaper than John Lewis with their price match. Also the service from the delivery driver and assistant was first class. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Will definitely use this company again. Thanks for the great service.

I had been on the lookout for a new tv, and the research seemed never ending, then I came across Appliance City. The deal they had on the tv I was after was excellent. I snapped up the last one and it got delivered 3 days later, at 7am on the dot just like I had been advised.

Jerry and Andy were very efficient, kept me fully informed with time slot on the day. Very friendly, polite and professional. They maneuvered the American fridge freezer into my home skillfully without causing damage in such a tight space. Would highly recommend.

Unfortunately the company is being let down by delivery staff. extremely rude and arrogant. refused to unpack the cooker and saying if it is damaged not his problem. and in next sentence he's asking if we want… him to install the Gas cooker REALLY. no masks, apparently covid is gone and not a problem anymore according to him. 😡😡😡 This whole situation is actually quite worrying and has upset my ill Partner

Watch out for this company passing all costs onto their customers when a delivery goes wrong! Despite exceptional personal circumstances the customer care team simply slapped on £80 - and I still don't have an accessible fridge freazer. Shockingly poor customer service. Don't worry about explaining that you'll not use them again - they are not interested!

Don’t buy from this firm , got fridge freezer broke within a month , my parents are pensioners and have no working fridge freezer for last month. Passed from pillar to post and endless phone calls . Still no joy . I would avoid this firm

After reaching out to many online dealers for kitchen appliances - many of whom inaccurately confirmed products availability only to come back after payment saying "product is on 7-10 week lead time", it was a breeze dealing with Appliance city customer service.
I ordered hob, was offered decent discount over the phone, made the payment, only to realize next day, we had forgotten to order the washing machine and dryer.
Called up customer service, they offered same discount on those two additional products and clubbed delivery of all products together.
Received everything in one go.
Very happy

Ordered an American Fridge Freezer from Curry’s which was the last one (display) so naturally it was cheaper. Curry’s damaged it in transit and couldn’t offer another one so refunded us.
Purchased from… Appliance City and granted it was £300 more, but the cheapest on the internet. Purchased Tuesday night and arrived Thursday morning.
The delivery guys were great ! 😊 would recommend *****

I emailed on the chance of getting a multi buy deal for kitchen appliances and Richard emailed me back. He was amazing supporting me with products, changing and adding nearly everyday over the past 4 days to keep within my budget and offering helpful insights and adding products to save me scouring through the site.

We purchased a Samsung American Style fridge freezer. It was delivered and installed some 5 days later, as promised, by the very competent and efficient Appliance City team of Jerry and friend. Jerry kept us informed of his ETA so we could be ready for the installation.
The whole experience from sales to installation was faultless and we have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Had a Samsung washing machine delivered. Has worked twice in 3 days but mainly doesn't turn on. No reply from customer service team at Appliance City, having left messages. Even the Samsung customer team recommended a replacement. Hopefully it will get sorted quickly.

Cannot recommend this company enough. Used the multi buy option on a couple of items that were already competitively priced and got an even better deal. From easy navigation on the website to the excellent customer service from Mark to the polite, cheerful and very helpful delivery driver every interaction has been excellent. Ordered the items and they were with me within 48 hrs (was offered an earlier delivery date but that wasn't suitable for us) Will definitely be using you again, thank you

Absolutely brilliant. washing machine ordered Thursday afternoon was delivered early Saturday morning. Small problem with email (not Appliance City at fault) but a call to their customer services got it sorted in seconds.
I will definitely be doing business with you again.

Ordered an American Fridge Freezer on Wednesday. It was delivered on the Friday morning. Lads unpacked it, took the doors off to get it in the house and once in place put them back on again. Very helpful and polite as was the person I spoke to when ordering over the phone. No fuss no problems. I had ordered the exact same model from Currys but… when they delivered it they refused to take it up the two steps to my front door. The difference in customer service between Appliance City and Currys is worlds apart. I would recommend Appliance City every time.
