Called on Friday asking for help as my little boy had broken the handle on my washing machine! Man was so helpful, told me what I needed and it was easy to fix ourselves. Spoke to Richard over the phone. Was very open and honest with me, and was also very knowledgeable. Suggested a few things for us to try before we proceeded with any payment / calling him out to site. Considering he hadn't seen the washing machine first-hand, he was accurate and correct in helping us troubleshoot the issue. He was never pushy or tried to sell us on anything.
I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them to anyone. I will certainly be keeping their details on file for when we next need repairs done.

We have a washer/dryer and the dryer had stopped working. Richard came out to have a look and was extremely knowledgeable and fixed the problem in no time. He certainly knows what he is doing and is very fair on price as well. I would have no hesitation to recommend him or call him again if we have any further problems.

Superb service after an accident with the cable on the hoover. Richard managed to cut the cable but now we have a better than brand new hoover which was also fully serviced, smells delightful and now the carpets looks brand new so thank you! He was also very accommodating when I came to collect the hoover outside of his normal shop hours. Highly recommend.
