We’ve always bought our appliances from here. Two samsung washing machines, gas cookers, dryers, fridge freezers. Ikky and the team have always looked after us, phenomenal customer service! My mother in law even baked him a cake haha. For top brand appliances at fair prices this is the place to go to in leicester

Ordered samsung washing machine last friday, paid for delivery which should have been weds/thursday told yesterday it would be delivered today and after 2 phone calls. Conveniently now having freight problems and cant deliver til Monday! Not good enough when delivery states 3-5 working days. i now need to get to collect it myself, as cant go… another weekend without a machine. looks like i now have to chase for some money back as paid for a service they failed to supply! so they are in Breach of contract. i explained we are both disabled and in dire need of it but seems no one really cares

Brought a dryer and was told on the day of purchase that it was brand new, got it home and instantly had problems with this product. I rang the shop and was told that they couldn’t do anything despite it being under their warranty and was told to contact hotpoint directly in which I did, I had 2 engineers out and the second time was told that this… product was in fact a graded product making the warranty with hotpoint VOID. I rang the shop and spoke to what they call a poor excuse of a manager called ‘Ash’ who quite frankly is the most arrogant, rude person I have come

I have to be honest.... these are possibly the worst company I have ever dealt with!!
I prefer an American fridge freezer with free delivery, was told It was brand new, which ended up being ex-display!! Was offered £75 discount but once I had that, I then had to pay £50 for delivery and waive my rights to send back if arrives damaged
I asked to… pay the full price, with free delivery and keep my rights and then informed ‘they are going to make it so difficult I can’t have the purchase...’ this was the manager too!
After speaking with Ash the manger, he told

Appliance arrived damaged - clearly not packed properly and looked like it had been thrown about in the van. No apology and made to feel like they were doing us a favour by collecting it and sending a replacement. At the last minute they said a replacement wasn’t available leaving us in the lurch and without a refund for several days. Again, no apology for the poor service. Total waste of time and do not recommend.
