How refreshing to find a firm that listens to the customer. Friendly, but very professional. We were having carpets laid by their fitters but they spotted a flaw and said that it wasn't acceptable. New carpets were ordered and tbey returned to complete the job. Also laid screed in kitchen and both bathrooms. Vinyl flooring laid with care and expertise. Thank you Luci,Sylvia,James, Alex,Charlie and all at Grinnals carpets. We would recommend without reservation. Super price too!!!

Polite, attentive and good attention to detail from first contact to job end. Well, that's been my experience so I would fully expect it to be yours as well! A family run business that understands the needs of real people having work done in what can sometimes be difficult circumstances. You are dealing with the people that do the work rather than a string of "managers" and/or salespeople who are on some sort of commission. I would (and have) recommend this business. Oh, and they are just opening a sports shop next to the carpet shop for those of you interested in serious outdoor stuff. A good
