If you are a landlord, you are probably aware of your legal obligation to carry out an annual inspection of any gas systems and appliances at your properties. We can carry out gas safety inspection and the check has been carried out, a certificate will be issued that you must then forward to your tenant as proof that the check was completed successfully.

Avoid at all costs! We used them today for an emergency call out, i use many in my line of work so know what to expect, arrived in good time, dispite explaining the issue before hand advised they don't unblock toilets, very polite until he tried charging me £350, no work undertaken, just a diagnosis and he was there 40 minutes. I refused to pay as it was extausinate and I feel I was taken advantage of for being a woman on my own, after a heated argument in the street he negotiated his fee down to £180 then followed me to a cash point, plenty of honest plumbers out there, shame they were unavailable

A very good plumber and very professional. On a 3 seperate occations i needed help with my new boiler system and shower i had fitted and he always done his best to resolve yhe issue as quickly as possible within a few hours but never more than a day.
