I was really concerned about getting a new boiler by a company I found on the internet. We need not have worried in fact quite the opposite. Excellent communication, great price, lovely office staff, fantastic installation team. No mess, no bother I just wish that we had done it years ago. They moved the boiler out of the kitchen into the airing cupboard, silent boiler fabulous shower pressure no tanks in the loft.
They stayed until about 9 pm to finish the job that day. We can't thank you enough. My experience with Prime Time Boilers has been truly excellent all the way.
My old boiler was deemed dangerous to use at this year check-up; I called Prime Time Boiler, a very experienced engineer came to visit us and gave us advice on which boiler to buy according to our type of house and family needs; very soon after we had a brand new boiler and cylinder tank replaced by two professional and polite workers.We have also set up a yearly boiler protection plan.

Very reasonable price. Surveyor was very experienced and knowledgeable and helped us with the choice of new boiler. In particular we needed a boiler that could work with a water softener, as softened water can be corrosive with some heat exchangers. The installer was very dedicated and stayed late to ensure that we had both hot water and heating before he left. Also he was very tidy and cleaned up afterwards. We are very pleased with our new A rated combination boiler.

I will try and do my review on here seeing the one I put on the Facebook advertising was deleted and comments then turned off.
We have had nothing but problems with Prime Time over the last 2 weeks. The rep they sent around to quote for the installation of the new boiler was told that the walls were flint, he took photos and said that this was not a problem. He also took photos of the pump stating this would be replaced.
On the Monday an engineer turned up to install the boiler, he was unable to drill through the wall (this was no fault of his, he was excellent). After several phone calls to

We contacted Prime Time Boilers after we were repeatedly let down by our Energy Provider who was originally going to replace our back boiler. They quoted nearly a grand less for the boiler and installation and could do it as soon as the next week.
They were very communicative, and the installation engineer was very prompt, and constantly kept us up to date. The work was completed to a very high standard, and the installer even went out of their way to replace the valves on a couple of radiators which would leak due to the increased pressure.

So happy with my installation of a new Worcester Bosch boiler.
The gas safe engineer Tony turned up on time and was very tidy and professional in his work
He was very knowledgeable and polite worked so hard over two days couldn't fault him.
My house is so warm now I have to keep turning my new Hive thermostat down as the new boiler seems to pump heat out more efficiently than my old one did!
The girls in the office were all great at keeping me up to date with everything and I'm just so happy with this company I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone who needs a professional

Do not use this company!! 8 weeks in and we are still waiting for the boiler and electrics to be working as they should. We have had numerous appointment cancellations, boiler mounted onto a piece of wood, flu left exposed for 2 days then internal surrounding filled with mastic which is now starting to crack, communication from their office has been very poor. This has caused my wife and I much distress so we have now resorted to contacting Trading Standards and Gas Safe to request help.

Very Happy with the service provided from initial contact, through to installation of the new boiler. Prime Time Boilers ensured that from first point of contact as we are a family of 5 without heating this job got completed within 2 weeks of first contact. We are however still waiting for the HIVE thermostat to be fitted by an electrician supplied by Prime Time hopefully this is just a glitch and will be sorted soon. Other than that would highly recommend.
