He's always on time, is extremely thorough in his work and absolutely no mess! He also gave us advise when he first came about the fuels we burn, to ensure our log burner is efficient and also to ensure that the flue liner lasts as long as possible.
Today he also gave us an information leaflet about burning efficiently and reducing air pollution. You also get an insurance backed certificate to say it has been done in line with current regulations Excellent service! Thank you Rob. First class, professional service from Rob at Wildgoose Chimney Sweeps who goes above and beyond. He thoroughly cleaned out the chimney for my log burner. I would have no hesitation in recommending Rob. He arrived exactly when he said he would and my log burner looked like new by the time he had finished. He gave me lots of useful advice. A lovely man.

Unfortunately cannot recommend, due to limited awareness / experience of older type chimneys and was therefore unable to do the job. Incorrectly advised the entire installation was somehow ‘illegal’, requiring ripping out and refitting. Luckily got second opinion from HETAS approved engineer with decades of experience and a can do approach, who swept the chimney with no fuss whatsoever in just over an hour, at a very reasonable standard rate.
