Services
Before the sweep arrives, it is helpful but not essential if, the flue to be swept has not been used for at least 24 hours and the appliance has been emptied of all ash, logs, fuel etc. The Sweep needs space to work, so ensure the area in front of the fireplace is clear and move away any hearth furniture and companion sets.

The operative arrived 10 minutes early, was very friendly which made the time he was rather pleasant as it can be awkward when a person enters your home for work and doesn’t engage in any conversation. His appearance was immaculate with a smart and clean set of work clothes. The chimney sweep was new for me but was interesting and information given throughout. Not much mess was made during the sweep due to the techniques used, however a full tidy up after was done by the operative and you wouldn’t have known he had been. Top service, will use for all my cleans.

Only one word to describe this company and it is OUTSTANDING!
We made an appointment, then requested a cancellation, they turned up the next day, Josh was excellent, he described in detail exactly what he was going to do and I left him to get on with it. When he finished he showed me the camera inside the flue, there was no mess or fuss, I can totally recommend this firm, first class in every aspect!

Absolutely brilliant service. Had two jackdaws stuck up the chimney and John came within an hour and a half of me calling to safely remove the birds and sweep the chimney. Very professional and all done with a smile on his face. Would recommend them very highly.

Struggled to find somebody to repair our stove but was eventually recommended Sweeps Chimney Services. We found them extremely helpful and professional. Followed up with some further work to put a guard on the top of our chimney. Would highly recommend them and will be using them for our yearly chimney sweep going forward.

Excellent service from Josh at Sweeps. I haven't used them before but was very impressed. Easy to book an appointment and they kept me informed of when they were arriving. Josh was punctual, polite and left everything immaculate. I could pay by card and the receipt and certificate were emailed through to me straight away. I would definitely recommend Sweeps and will use them again. Thank you Josh.
