We're absolutely delighted with the kitchen supplied and fitted by Fineline. We were impressed by their professionalism from the moment we entered the showroom. The fitters were excellent and, despite the difficulties brought about by the pandemic, completed the job pretty much on schedule, the only problem being the late delivery of the fridge freezer which was hardly surprising given the pressures everyone's been under recently!

After receiving alternative quote we decided to give Fineline a try. From the moment we entered the showroom we felt we were in capable hands with Mica, who not only discussed our requirements on the day but was also the Designer of our Fitted Wardrobes. We felt she understood our bespoke requirements and suggested options to us we had not thought of so we were extremely happy with the design, finalised after a visit in person to our house. Then a few weeks later Alex arrived to install the Wardrobes. Fortunately the quality of the installation matched the great service we received during the design

Contacted the Oldham store on Sunday as currently looking for a new kitchen. I asked If they could come to my home and measure up and then we could book an appointment and go through a kitchen design. Unfortunately I was told this was not possible and I should visit the showroom first as this would provide a better experience. I wanted to provide some feedback as I feel this would help you retain prospective customers in the future. Thanks Ben.

I can't recommend Fineline Interiors highly enough. Just had new sliding mirror wardrobes fitted by them and the whole experience was a pleasure. Design was undertaken by Mica and she carefully took on board all the issues I wanted to address - she is so professional! She had recently won 'employee of the month' and I can see why. The fitting was undertaken by Alex and again, he was the consummate professional. His work is second to none, as is his attitude ... things were carefully cleaned up at the end of each day and he took great pride in his work. The wardrobes are just beautiful and I will

We did not have a very good experience with this company, we should have been put off when the kitchen designer said to us in the shop " you cant expect 100% perfection " when you're spending £16,000, you'd like at least 99%. The work should have taken a week, 2 weeks later and the installation still wasn't completed, the installer was the worst I've ever seen, absolutely no professionalism whatsoever, we had to halt the work and ask for the Installation Manager to attend so we could discuss our concerns, they sent out a different fitter and the installation manager attended too, they rectified

A huge thank you to Mica for her amazing sales knowledge and for helping us find the perfect kitchen for us, she went above and beyond to ensure all our ideas and views were met, whilst ensuring it was still in our price range.
John the fitter who definitely went the extra mile, made sure all the units were made to suit and fit our requests and even added an extra breakfast bar on which we had requested at last minute and it sure makes the kitchen feel even better than it did before.

We have had two bedrooms designed and fitted by Fineline and we could not be happier or recommend Fineline more. The design was perfect for the space we have, it really made a difference that Alex the designer came out to the property during the design process. He gave us great ideas whilst also gaining an idea of what we were thinking we wanted. The fitting service was booked in promptly and the finished product is beautiful. We are really happy we went with this bespoke service rather than with the development company of our new build as it meant we could get exactly what we wanted and the wardrobes

Excellent from start to finish. Emma, our designer, took our ideas and improved these over a number of visits to the showroom. Nothing was too much trouble until had our "dream kitchen" The cost was very competitive against the other quotes we obtained. Gary, our fitter, turned the plans into reality, again improving on the design on plan to practical use. We would thoroughly recommend Fineline

We had our kitchen designed and fitted by Fineline a few years ago. We were absolutely delighted - the designers, fitters and tradesmen were all highly professional, extremely skilled and had a great eye for detail. We were so pleased that we recently went back for three fitted bedrooms, when our experience of great customer service and quality products was just the same. Well done Fineline! Highly recommended.
