The first phase of any Bath House installation is the design phase. During this phase you will work very closely with your assigned project manager and our team of designers. I contacted this company, their man came around, measured up, and said they would send a quote. The quote never arrived, and never heard from them again. This was just a waste of everyone's time.
If you don't need the business, just say so up front rather than have people waiting for quotes that do not materialise; if you are so disorganised that you simply forgot to quote, then really look into your business practices.
