I tried to get window blinds for my son's room. Went to see Paul a few days ago. I chose style and colour from his sample book. He gave me a rough price. We agreed that I will give him a call to arrange exact measurements take. I called him yesterday and his wife (?), who wasn't really nice, took my name and number. Paul didn't call me back, so I tried again today and the same lady was this time extremely rude to me and she hang up twice, first time without saying anything, second time saying that Paul doesn't want to talk to me about "loft insulation".
