Neon Heating and Boiler Services Limited is Gas Safe and Oftec Registered so you can be sure of a safe, thorough and profession job. Boilers can break down at any time, but more often than not it is when the weather turns cold and you need it the most. Due to our vast experience, skill and knowledge we are fully equipped to deal with all sorts of breakdowns.
Neon Heating and Boiler Services Limited are Gas Safe, OFTEC and Hetas registered and therefore can design, install and service all oil, natural gas, LPG and solid fuel appliances, which includes biomass boilers. Hundreds of pounds in fuel bills could be saved by installing a new high efficiency boiler.
With our training taking place at the Aga training Centre and our many years experience in installing, repairing and servicing Aga's and Rayburns we believe that we are the Company to employ to look after your appliance. Aga's and Rayburn's require regular servicing and maintenance to ensure they continue to operate safely and efficiently.

Fantastic experience with Grahame from Neon Heating. He was on time, efficient and helpful. Even came in to give some free advice on a leaking radiator which worked. Excellent service and very friendly! Great value for money in comparison to 3 other quotes I received. I will use again!

I have always used Neon Heating for my Landlord Certificate on my rented property,where they have always provided a very good professional service,and when I called on a emergency call-out,they were there.I have just used them again to provide a boiler installation on my own house,and yet again very impressed with the professionalism of Neil and his staff.I would recommend Neon Heating to anyone.

We cannot recommend this company highly enough. We have used them for many reasons from boiler installation to shower repairs and have always been extremely happy with the expertise and reliability of the engineers. This coupled with the helpfulness, courtesy and professionalism of the office staff means it is the number one call for us.

Tread very carefully if you are having multiple plumbing jobs done as part of a larger, renovation project.
We asked for a justification of the price when we calculated that we were paying London daily rates for an apprentice and newly appointed plumber!
Had the workmanship been excellent, we may have overlooked this but that wasn't the case. Likewise we struggled with the manner of the boss, Neil, when confronted with our questions. We re-negotiated the job and the price tag to our satisfaction but clearly not to his!

While the work done by the engineers was good quality, the billing practices by the company are questionable. I was billed at two separate rates for the work done on the same visit by the same engineers as it included a "boiler service" (£69+VAT) where as their regular hourly rate is £38+VAT. I politely pointed out the absurdity of this billing practice but was told that the company has a set rate for this service, regardless.
