Our boiler decided to fail just as the temperatures plunged this winter (2013). DPM are a 'Buy with Confidence' member which is why I chose them. Genuine 5 Star service! We've used Derek on both our home and flat for nearly 10 years for our boiler and bathroom redesign. Fully accredited, he was able to relocate our boiler into the loft and undertook a full remodel of our bathroom. He continues to offer an amazing service and clear honest advice. I have no hesitation in recommending him and I look forward to utilising him for many more years!

Derek has installed a new Vaillant Boiler for me and also a couple of new radiators plus changed some faulty valves on other radiators.
I have always found Derek easy to get hold of, very responsive and reliable.
