Since then we have successfully provided a high quality service to an extensive list of clients, many of whom have chosen to use us repeatedly throughout the years. We offer a wide range of services - from a small roof repair to the design and construction of a new property, carrying the same standard throughout. We take on all sized projects and have extensive expereince in both small and larger projects. We are an independent construction company, and are registered with the NHBC.
We therefore can offer NHBC warranties on all of our new build projects and some of our refurbishment works. All our work is carried out in accordance with the Health and Saftey Executive Guidelines. We have a substantial list of satisfied clients, including Architects and Surveyors, who are willing to provide references upon request.

Services
We started refurbishing properties in 1984. Since then we have fully refurbished over 100 houses and flats including two Grade II listed buildings. A refurbishment can range from a general overhaul i.e. new kitchen, bathroom, rewire, replumb -to- a complete removal of all floors, internal walls and roofs leaving only the original walls standing.
A loft conversion provides a cost effective means of changing uninhabitable space into a newly transformed bedroom, playroom or entertaining space, whilst adding considerable value to any property. We have completed numerous loft conversions ranging in all sizes. We have completed a single bedroom in small terraced to a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom conversion.
We have carried out many roofing projects over the years using only the best available materials and methods. We keep up to date with the latest building regulations. We use the latest and most cost effective methods and materials as well as up to date techniques and procedures. We can carry out projects ranging from a small roof repair to a complete roof renewal, including the structure.
We offer a full and complete kitchen installation service. From the complete removal of existing kitchens, the installation of all services, electrics, plumbing, heating and drainage, the fitting of the new kitchen, complete with worktops, pelmets, cornices, pelmet lighting etc and the retiling of walls and floors.
