We used Land Trades Construction Ltd as principal contractor for the construciton of a new house. Although we were inexperienced clients, having never undertaken a project of such magnitude before, Faizan helped guide us through all the decisions that needed to be made. He provided clear and regular progress reports and his paperwork was always in order.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I went for Land Trades Construction as I was looking for a low cost, local tradesman for a conversion of some of my rooms. He and his men seemed fine for the first few days of construction but then demanded more money up front than was agreed upon initially, a red flag that i should have picked up on. The quality of work dropped dramatically after this, with rushed, poor quality work with many corners cut. Faizan also became more rude and agressive, with any complaints being brushed aside with an emphasis on him being in-charge (In one occasion the pipe broke in the bathroom

Faizan has done more damage than good inside my house. He and his crew have left heavy tools on tiles in one room that caused damage among other issues. Like other reviewers we have had to call in actual professionals to repair the damage he has caused, shoddy workmanship has lead to us paying much more than I expected for simple work. My only hope is that more people do not hire him and have the same experience as we did. Look elsewhere for construction work (unless you have demolition work as he seems to damage more than he builds)

From initial concept and design through to build - Faizan is a consummate professional and an absolute pleasure to deal with .Having completed two extensive projects for me to the highest standard there is no one better if you want a high end product and finish. We decided to work with Faizan because he came across as knowledgeable and honest. He made the whole process easy and stress free. We invested what were our life savings and really could not be happier with the results. The service was 5 star from start to finish. Could not be happier that we came across this great one stop shop service
