I contacted this company for a leak investigation service after receiving an outrageous £850 water bill. They were very responsive, explained what to expect on the visit and how much could it potentially cost (which was much more competitive than some of the other quotes I received). As the issue was quite serious, he told me that he will try and fix it the same day. He was running late but he gave me a call to let me know about it.
He used his experience and expertise to locate the leaking pipe quickly and it was fixed within an hour. When the work was done, he placed back all the floorboards

These guys are amazing, Ahmed is very knowledgeable, honest and professional. Located and repaired blocked central heating pipe buried in the wall. Fixed, cleaned system thoroughly and installed Magnaclean to prevent further problems. So nice to meet someone who fills you with confidence from the very start. Would highly recommend.

Had my boiler break down at the start of January - not ideal in 1degree weather.
I had Ahmed come out and look at the boiler (she’s an old gal) and he identified the issue within minutes, located a merchant who stocked the part which needed replacing and fixed it promptly. Ahmed was so polite, communicative and diligent. An absolute 10/10!

Arranged a time and date for between 8 -10am just a few days before, and they did not show so called Ahmed and he said he would then be there by midday, but he did not show up at all or call, took the day off to have the work done. Very unreliable. Will not be calling them again.And take down the photo of my cast iron radiator you have used on another ffeedback post , that makes your positives seem very dodgy as the person Jade Lewis Post has my radiator on it?????

What a kind natured gentleman. Relaxed honest and friendly. Came out to my house within a few hours as no heating or hot water. Explained what had broken down re my boiler. Repaired it the same day and also came back out the same evening as I thought there was another problem, but all was ok and no extra charge. Brilliant service.

What a fantastic company! called at 9pm and they were onsite by 9am the next day. Informative, friendly and extremely professional. Even had parts on the van do I didn't have to wait without heating.
I could not recommend this outstanding company more and have saved the number for any future problems!!
