Formed in 2005 by Andrew Edgar we had a vision to create a friendly, reliable tree surgery company specialising in Arboriculture, our obsession with trees grew along side our business and client base. Now operating throughout Carlisle and Cumbria our company is setting higher standard in quality and safety.
Crown Thinning - Removing some of the secondary branches within the tree to lighten the crown, reduce its weight and keep the crown less dense. Crown Raising (Crown Lifting) - This is done to by removing the lower branches to allow access under the tree crown for footpaths and roads but also to allow light to pass under the crown.
The recent and extensive tree works carried out by Orchard Tree surgery was completed in a very professional manor and to an extremely high standard. Andrew was always willing to help, was courteous when approached by our residents and would happily give his professional opinion and advise when requested.

We asked Orchard Tree Surgery to sort out a troublesome tree that was obscuring the sun from our conservatory and covering it with leaves. Andrew, the owner was brilliant. He came promptly to quote me for the work and was most kind and courteous. After we agreed what was to be done he arrived to start the job, on time, on the day we had decided. Andrew and his team did a great job of sorting the trees at our place. We had let things go a bit but nothing was to much bother for Andrew and he had the place sorted out in no time at all.
