I Rang and spoke to a very helpful lady called Julie at 10:22 and by 13:45 we had a new Zanussi induction hob fitted and working. The engineers Paul and Liam were very professional and efficient. Excellent professional and experienced service. Came to assess my washer/dryer but manufacture had discontinued the required part to repair it. They then advised and supplied replacement machine. It was delivered and installed within 3 days. They took my old machine away and give me a quick lesson on how to use new one. I could not have asked for a better service. I am a very happy customer and will definitely use them again.

I booked the repair appointment on line and got a slot a few days later. It helps to know your model and serial number when you book. Very often when I ring repairers/ technicians, they don’t answer their phone or reply to the messages I’ve left so being able to book on line made it less stressful.
The electrician came on the day booked and within the time slot specified. He wore a mask and followed Covid protocol. Paul was a very pleasant man who quickly diagnosed the problem, told me how much it would cost and then fitted the new part.
I would definitely use this service again.

but there aftersales is exceptional.
they actually send out engineers to check for defects and take full responsibility for any issues.
not the cheapest but in my opinion you get what you pay for.
just bought a fridge freezer off them also and tbf i didnt… really understand what i was after.
on a very vague description of my requirements they sent me 2 options and both were exactly what i had in mind.
awesome company and couldnt recomend enough.

We have used Aztec Domestic several times now. They are always helpful and show up at the time they say they will. They always try their best to fix the problem and are clean and tidy when fitting new appliances. We have had our dryer and cooker fixed by them and have bought a washing machine from them. Very pleased with their work would highly recommend.
