If your on a budget, this is the place to go. You honestly can't beat it! I've just purchased a Smeg fridgefreezer for £300 instead of £569 , all because its got a slight dent on the edge which you wouldn't notice unless its pointed out. The guys were so helpful and there was plenty of staff to ask questions or if needed any help. I will be moving on the 17th Dec, bit tight with it being just before Xmas. I need carpets, blinds, cooker and fridge freezer. I will keep on coming in the next few weeks to see what cookers they have as up to now I will definitely buy again and recommend to others

I am really pleased with my visit to ElekDirect, the staff member who helped me, Carl, was really helpful and very informative about the appliances I was interested in & gave me his own recommendations after listening to what I wanted. I am really happy with my new fridge freezer, washer dryer & cooker for my new house. & I managed to stick within budget. I would highly recommend this store. Bought an LG American Freezer. Follow up call the day after to arrange a suitable slot. On time delivery with update reminder when on their way.
Unfortunately had a little bit of extra damage during transit. I contacted the store and was immediately offered a replacement or refund. No questions asked. Refreshing approach in their customer service and I am thrilled with our purchase. I would 100% recommend and will use them for future purchases.

I order a Samsung RS8000 American fridge freezer after researching this site. When I spotted the freezer and looked at the damage, which was a tiny dent on the corner next to the water dispenser (no bigger than half of my little finger nail) I thought the price reduction was too good to be true. I took the chance and ordered it but half expected that it should arrive, I would check it over and have to refuse it because some.of the damage may not have been documented. When it arrived, I opened it outside the house, and damage was exactly as advertised and nearly 50% saving. I'm delighted to say

What a shame
Great store, good bargains if you could just get the staff to actually serve the customers.
4 times we have been to this store and it has on average taken at least 30mins to get served it's not that the staff are busy they are talking to one another or playing on the computer in fact anything but seeing to customers.
Today was my last time in store called in for a laptop ended up wanting some games
Waited for staff walked around asked for help from a staff member who was on a computer (ignored ) eventually asked someone else for some help who told me to go and speak to the young

Purchased a Bosch oven from here 3 weeks ago. Service was impeccable. Great customer service and was helped to the car with my purchase. Oven has been working great and got it for a lot less than on any other website I looked at. I've had 3 appliances from this retailer so far with no issue and wouldnt hesitate in using them again. Highly recommended.
