Bought a washing machine in July certain cycles it leaks big time phoned the shop up they came out said they could not find anything wrong happened again the shop told us to phone the warranty, the warranty people said if they come out will charge us £54.99 if they can not find a fault unless we buy insurance .

Superb!!!!! I have bought my last 2 appliances from Sale Domestics and would not go anywhere else!!
On Saturday my washing machine leaked all over the kitchen floor. I phoned the store and they offered to come out on Monday morning. I couldn't make that time, so they offered to come at a time to suit me and they came today.
Always extremely efficient and very friendly.

John worked tirelessly to remove a dishwasher that was originally poorly fitted. He couldn't do it at the first attempt so came back for a second time and was successful. John was courteous throughout. I cannot thank him enough for persevering where others would have given up. Highly recommend this fantastic company.

Avoid!!! Bought integrated washing machine, they charged me for the installation service; a rude scruffy man posing as engineer made a mess out of it and ruined my kitchen by damaging the unit’s high gloss door. Attempted to resolve it peacefully but they are responding with rude messages.
As soon as a warning of litigation has been issued, they started harassing me and texting after 10 pm with threats.

Avoid like the plague! Dishwasher spinner came off so I called them to come out and fix it. Guy told me I needed a new spinner and would cost 110 pounds for the part and service. I agreed but would have to wait for the spinner to be ordered. The very next day I was chatting to my neighbour about my dishwasher. He thought 110 was a bit steep so he had a look. It was a 2 second job. He snapped it back in and it worked! Don't believe this company tried to ripped me off!

Just had a visit from Paul of SDA,superb and honest engineer who tested my machine and advised accordingly,patiently waited as machine went thru it’s cycle and nothing was too much trouble! Please this is a local business with excellent customer service,personal professional and above all reliable ! 10/10 Well Done all at SDA 👌

Once again excellent service from Sale domestic had to replace my fridge, freezer and dryer. Paul delivered them and set them up. Problem with the freezer was replaced with in 48hrs. No hidden costs, delivery, set up, abd packaging removed. I was recommended to sale domestic and I would recommend them. Excellent
