Surely having a grumpy unhelpful person answering the phone cant be good for business? Maybe its the owner otherwise in serious need of customer service training or simply some manners. Went elsewhere for polite and efficient, helpful service, you might want to do the same if you are reading this review

Decided against using this person. Was quite condescending on the phone when discussing issue. Not sure if he was having a bad day however to say ' customers expect me to find an item without the number' made me feel intimidated. His overall tone was very dismissive. Cant comment on work but his telephone manner needs a major servicing!

Made appointment with the guy to fix my dryer, he told me a few things it could be, so after the call I tried what he said and the dryer started to work. He could of come and charged me and I would of paid him, but what he said was good. I phoned him to cancel appointment and thanked him for being so honest with me, not many repair shops would do that , thank you . Mrs Jackson

We phoned at 9.30, were given an appointment between 2 - 4.30. Arrived at 2.30 identified problem with leak straight away. Even helped mop up in an awkward hard to reach corner of the kitchen to speed up the drying out process. Couldn't have asked for a better service, friendly and helpful. Even learnt more about my washer as inherited it with the house and no instruction manual. Reasonable pricing too. Highly recommend
