Really disappointed with this poor service. Mike came to look at our oven and told us timer had broken in the oven and after a week and some prompting told us he couldn't get a replacement. We then bought a new oven and on fitting the technician did a basic test on the socket and found there was a loose neutral wire and the oven was absolutely fine. At no point did Mike do this basic check, which the technician resolved for in 5 minutes and saved us £350 on a new oven. Will not be using again.

We have a Washer/Dryer that has been broken for 3 years, with several repairmen telling us it was just a "filter" problem despite us cleaning it. Lads from MS Appliance came in and fixed the machine within an hour, and also repaired the cupboard door that a previous repairman broke. Brilliant work! Thanks gents!

We highly recommend the service that Mike provides. Mike is reliable, quick and efficient. He diagnosed the issue we had with our Washer/Dryer and advised it would be cheaper to change it as the parts would be more expensive. He installed a new Washer/Dryer for us within a few days.
