Been using witchurch builders for approximately 2 years. I have used all other merchants in Cardiff but none compare.
I used to shop around for the best prices but witchurch builders has all materials priced very competitively and stock everything you could need.
From making the order in the shop to being loaded in the yard, quick and simple with a lot of workers in the yard to assist with loading it showing you where your product is.
Regards to the delivery service witchurch builders offers,from small to large lorries given a day and a morning or afternoon slot you can Guarantee it will be

Firstly I’d clarify this is generally a good company and I’ll be using them again for other products. This review is based on my most recent order for untreated softwood. The wood itself seems decent quality but unfortunately the delivery has rendered it unusable for the purpose I bought it for. The order was delivered on a truck laden with wet stone chips but unfortunately the stone chips were loaded on to the wood. On inspection the wood is now wet and covered in ice, dented, stained with stone dust and possibly permanently compromised for woodworking purposes. At best it’ll need to be

Have used WBS twice and have been extremely impressed. Both orders were delivered promptly. The second order I ordered too much and rang to see if they would take a ton of gravel back which they confirmed they would. They collected the same day and provided the refund less delivery charge. Extremely impressed. Both people I spoke to were very helpful and friendly.

Second to none service, was half way though the build of my tiki hut when lockdown came, needed addition timber to secure my roof and sides and tarpaulin, was originally told 2 wks for delivery, after a few windy days I was worried my roof would blow off and all hard work was down the drain, thankfully after speaking to owner he has managed to deliver within 6 days to me, I really appreciate their service, thank you so much
