I cannot recommend Coastal Electrics (Westgate on Sea) enough. My washing machine broke down mid wash, 40 minutes later Gavin was there to repair/ diagnose) ...motor had packed up (it was 22yrs old).
Ordered new one; next morning the new machine was delivered, installed and old one taken away. All staff who I dealt with were excellent. That's what good service is ALL about. A big thank you! J

We had a problem with our dishwasher and Coastal Electrics provided an amazing service. The staff were very polite and friendly and an engineer was sent out very quickly. The engineer fixed the problem immediately and didn't even charge us a call out fee as the problem was only small! I would definitely recommend their service.

Poor service, would recommend staying away.
Tenants needed a new dishwasher, washer/dryer and hob, received this message below 28th May,
"good morning just to say we have had confirmation that the goods will be here friday afternoon, so i will now contact your tenent to arrange delivery install.
regards

No contact received at all on the Friday.
Then I and Tenant was ignored until today (8th June). No apology for being ignored/no responses. Chased until today when I decided to book another provider for the same job, they are booked in for 2 days from now and have had better communication
