Amazing customer service. Contacted them via Facebook at 10pm on Monday to check if an item was in stock, received a prompt reply, stock ordered, and even hand-delivered by one of the team to my home address a good half hour away from the store.
Simply won't get service like that from a larger company - and on top of that they were cheaper than Amazon, Curry's, the lot! Very very happy customer.

Absolutely brilliant service from Herne Bay Domestics. I was having difficulty arranging a delivery as I had a very busy week. Herne Bay Domestics went out of their way to deliver it at 18.30 when they knew I would be at home. In fact it - a small freezer - was delivered by Rob on his way home in his own vehicle. Ordered a fridge/freezer (non UK made, of course!), on Sunday. Call on Monday regarding delivery/installation. I took Wednesday. The two blokes 'phoned early, on their way and installation and taking old unit away all done before 10am. Pleasant and efficient service. Thank You. Also, for the installation service which most "big" stores don't offer!

Placed an order for Tumble dryer on line, it was acknowledged and I had phone call to ask about delivery which was mutually agreed. On delivery day I had phone call to say they were on way and delivery would be in about half an hour. Two very considerate and friendly men brought it in , will certainly use company again if need arises.
