I can recommend this service very highly for the way we were treated, they gave to two desperate pensioners all the help you could expect under these difficult Covid-19 times. Friendly well mannered knowledgeable they spent two days wrestling floor board tiles etc to find the leaking broken pipe underneath our floor We are so pleased with the… engineers who came to repair our drains, including the sewerage pipe. I had a leak running down the side of my wall for a while which resulted in a partly collapsed retaining wall which ran along side the driveway. I had a few guys come and look at it over the years with no luck. I had drain medics recommended to me so i decided to try them out. I was hoping they would only need to unblock the drains but they had to dig up part of my drive to get to the issue and replaced some parts of the drainage. What can I say other than life savers! For 3 days we had a blocked toilet and had 4 plumbers come round and none could fix it. Each one said different things. And with kids at home it was becoming extremely difficult for us. We even contacted a high well known company Dyno who would not touch the job. Brilliant service. After being let down by several other national companies and contractors we contacted Drain Medics. Dan sent someone out straight away to scope the job and gave us a very reasonable quote within a couple of days. Thank goodness i found this company because after trying to call loads of drain company's, they where the only one that answered the pone to sort out my toilet. The toilet had blocked, making it over flow all over my bathroom floor. Luckily they came out before any lasting damage was caused and unblocked it in no time. They also pointed out a defect caused by a previous plumber that may of caused the issue which helps me out a lot. I called drain medics when i had a flood in my back yard. It turns out my drains running along the back of the house where blocked. A guy called Daniel came out after giving me an estimate over the phone and priced it up. It seemed very reasonable so gave the go ahead to start work there and then. The blockage seemed to be cleared in no time at all and my yard was back to normal. All round great service from start to finish and highly recommended.

Really pleased with the service, rang in the morning and we were given a rough time and told to expect a call 30 mins before they arrived which was good as we didn't have to sit and wait around. Niel and Dave arrived on time and were both great guys, really polite and friendly. They carried out the work needed quickly and efficiently, once everything was finished they cleaned up and left everything tidy before they left. I would recommend this company, Many Thanks.
