Following my phone call to DC Drains on Friday morning, Danny arrived just a few hours later. He quickly cleared an external blocked drain that had caused water and loo paper to flow into the yard. Using CCTV he showed us the cause of the problem, an old, rough pipe, explaining things knowledgeably to us and discussing what could be done. We've never come across a more polite and friendly person with such a positive can-do attitude. Having been repeatedly let down by other trades people this year, Danny showed us that there are still hard working, efficient and helpful people...and ones that charge

Having recently been let down and disappointed with various workmen Danny was an absolute breath of fresh air.
We chatted through the problem on the phone (broken underground soil pipe) and arranged for him to do the work. He turned up on a Sunday and worked in awful weather.
He was professional, non condescending and really easy to talk to.
He explained what needed to be done and got on with it. He was neat and tidy took away all the old piping.
Such a nice change to meet a genuinely honest, kind and knowledgeable workman. Highly recommend him. 👌

Highly recommend DC Drains . Called out for a blocked drain at my rented property, arrived promptly,Danny Phoned me to let me know what was happening and sent me pictures. Turned out it was a collapsed sewer pipe. Quoted a reasonable price for the works. Returned to do the work when he said he would. Did an excellent job took plenty of photo's so I new exactly what was involved. Very happy with the finish, left the site very clean and tidy. Money well spent.

I have only used them once but so far but I’m very happy, I paid far less than what another company quoted me so I’m very happy about that, they’re a very polite & friendly team and all work was carried out to a professional high standard.
