Services
Founded in 2010, XTI provides its customers with first-rate CCTV drain inspection systems, with repair and customer services to match. All XTI products are designed and manufactured on-site and we believe ongoing product development is key when it comes to delivering technologically advanced drainage equipment.
We like to think of ourselves as no nonsense, hardworking, helpful kind of people, so if you pop in to our facility in Lees, Oldham, we'll always offer you a brew and if it's a Friday morning you might be lucky enough to get a bacon butty. The XTI team is close knit and comprises 9 people. Although we're not as big as some of our competitors, we're perfectly formed.
Unfortunately equipment breaks and there's never a good time, but at XTI we understand the importance of keeping your downtime to an absolute minimum. We pride ourselves on providing one of the fastest repair services in the industry to reduce the disruption and cost to your business. We don't just repair XTI drain camera systems either.
Purchasing a complete new system isn't always possible, and neither is it necessary much of the time. We will be sure to advise you on the best procurement option for your needs and help you get the most out of your current equipment, whether that means a new piece of drain camera equipment is the route to take for the best value or that our experienced engineers can repair your kit.
When pushrod is damaged underground, even the smallest kink or dent can make subsequent jobs more challenging, and sometimes unfeasible. Plus the chance of further coil impairment or damage to your camera head through water permeation is increased. In either circumstance it's likely that it will cost your business time, money and maybe your reputation.

Exceptional customer service everytime we have phoned, they never been unable to help us and very acceptable prices for repairs on systems. Their own brand new systems they have provided for us in quick time and are very easy to use. Dealing with the team is fast, easy and they're very knowledgable. Would recommend to anyone.
